Coach Recap and Highlights from 10/23
The BNL Varsity Girls Volleyball team played their final match of regular season play Monday night in Mechanicville. Holly White and Jolie Garcia played strong in their first varsity match. Holly scored 5 points with 2 aces and Joli had 1 ace with 6 kills and 4 assists. Alexis Rifenburg led the team in scoring with 9 points, 8 digs and 9 assists and Anna Lawless added another 6 points. The girls enter the first round of sectional play on Wednesday @ BKW at 5:00 pm. Let’s go Mountain Lions!
The JV came up short but played a great season. The match scores were 9-25 and 12-25. Julia recorded 2 aces, 2 kills and 3 digs. Cadence recorded 3 points, 1 kill and 3 digs. -Coach Slaver, Coach Corsey and Coach Vanvorst!
