Thomas Grott, a Civil War reenactor, gave a presentation to our 8th grade Social Studies classes, who are presently studying the Civil War in Miss Medved’s class. Students heard stories about what it was like for Union and Confederate soldiers on the battlefront and got to touch (and wear) replica and authentic artifacts from the era.
