Columbia County Department of Health is holding an ages 5 to 11 vaccination clinic at the New Lebanon Jr/Sr. High School cafeteria on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 after school from 4pm to 6:45. Please use the link below to make an appointment for your child. Appointments are available to anyone age eligible, even if residing out of the district. A second clinic will take place three weeks later for the second vaccination.
