Announcement from The Capital District Early Childhood and School Age Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Centers: Parents, guardians, family members, and community partners are invited to attend Transition for Families to learn more about working with their CSE to collaboratively: assess their child’s strengths, interests, and needs; establish measurable post-secondary goals and annual goals; and identify appropriate transition services and coordinated activities.
