1.) ALL students attending prom MUST attend a half day of school the morning of Friday, May 13th. There will be a MANDATORY Prom Promise presentation on the dangers of driving under the influence in the NL gymnasium led by the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, LVPA & Stephentown Fire. Students will depart school at 10:30.
2.) 4:00 PM: Grand March at Berlin CSD. ALL STUDENTS are encouraged to attend. This is a tradition we would like all promgoers to be a part of. All students planning to attend AfterProm should bring a change of comfortable clothes/shoes to be stored away for later on. There will be an optional bus available for a 3:40 departure from New Lebanon to Berlin. for Grand March.
3.) 4:45 PM: Optional bus will depart Berlin bringing NL promgoers to the venue at Bloom Meadows for a 5:00 drop-off.
4.) 5-9 PM: at Bloom Meadows in Williamstown, MA. There will be a professional photographer on site. Photo package order sheets have been given to the students. They must bring the order sheet and their money to purchase to prom with them.
5.) 9 PM: for all students attending the after prom celebration there will be a MANDATORY bus bringing students from Bloom Meadows to Berlin CSD where they will change clothes and enjoy MYO sundaes. Plus there will be an additional optional bus bringing students back to NL who are not attending after prom.
6.) All After Prom attendees must stay with the chaperones the entire time. They may not get their own ride. At 10:15-10:30 the bus will depart from Berlin CSD and bring the students to Spare Time in Clifton Park to enjoy bowling and other fun activities. The bus will depart Spare Time at 2:30 and return to Berlin CSD where breakfast style food will be served at 3:30 AM. The students can be picked up/leave any time between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM.
